We have to listen to the child we once were, the child who still exists inside us. That child understands magic moments.”
– Paulo Coelho
I woke up this morning and felt like today would be magical. I don’t know what prompted the feeling, but I felt it. Waking up already grateful for what has yet to arrive… … … that feeling goes beyond waking up with a good attitude and committing to making it a great day.
A week or so ago, leading up to the new moon, a card repeated on several pulls from my Radleigh Valentine Fairy Tarot deck. The Princess of Spring.
Princess of Spring. Optimistic, Enthusiastic, Creative, Energetic. It’s time to go after your dreams. Do something that expands your horizons. Let your creativity take flight.”
– Radleigh Valentine, Fairy Tarot
In the guidebook, the description is further detailed as: “She exhibits an almost childlike exuberance for life that will have you smiling.”
When I shared it with my Huckleberry, she said, “That’s YOU!” I agreed. ๐ The feedback I receive on my social media reflects it. My light shines brightest when I’m not trying to shine but am simply being… living… being me… interacting with others… doing my own thing…
Earlier this week one of my Instagram connections (a career coach and speaker) and I spent an hour on the phone after she asked if I would be able to make time to chat. We enjoyed getting to know each other’s backgrounds and how we see our current paths, and she ultimately invited me to collaborate with her. I’ll say more about that another time after we work out the details… or perhaps AFTER the event. ๐
I really have more to say, but I have somewhere to be and want to devote more time to writing thoughtfully; however, I won’t pass up this opportunity to share my gratitude.
I feel grateful for all of the connections I’ve made through Instagram and TikTok in the past year. Some of my social media family and I interact daily, and when I consider what intentions I’ve set in the past year, I believe they’ve manifested through the kindness of everyone within my network… my social media family also manifested! The encouragement, guidance, and support we give to each other is uplifting. I love how all of us light up together. So many bright lights out there shining as one big light of love.
