Time is such a weird thing with how it can both drag and fly at the same time, but I guess it’s a good thing that the saying is, ‘Time flies when you’re having fun.'”
– Me, Brain Dump: Thanks, Mommy
It’s been two years since I left the “norm” of having one full-time traditional job. I would not have remembered that if it hadn’t been for Facebook memories reminding me! I was already working on a new blog post for the upcoming second birthday of Tacos and Tiaras, and today (Sunday, 5 September) I got enough nudges to write a quick blog post about time and timing.
Here’s how some of my day went:
- I was visiting a YouTube channel and leaving a comment on a video, but I decided to delete the last part I wrote about my mom.
- About the same time that I posted the comment, I received a notification from Messenger, and it was Christine, asking me how I’m doing. I asked her if she got a nudge from my mom to check on me because of the timing. Christine was able to help me today, which also brought my awareness to some other items of notable timing (see bullet below). We exchanged messages throughout the day, sometimes instantly back and forth, and today we noticed angel time at 11:11, 3:33, 4:44, and 5:55.
- Even with journaling and daily gratitude and setting intentions, I still experience some anxiety and stress if I look too far ahead. Christine was able to ask me questions —- Christine and I are actually messaging now…. and I have to get back to this post.
- I’m back!!! And that little “exercise” that pulled me away from writing this post will be another blog post on another day because I’m still processing what happened. Rest assured, I received the guidance I needed for feeling less anxious and stressed.
I started this post on Sunday, but now it’s Monday, 6 September… I no longer have whatever was flowing in those bullets, so here’s where Leenie Brain and Heart are now.
Time and timing.
What I arrived at is that when we trust and believe that everything happens FOR us, we can feel less anxiety and stress.
When we combine that with allowing positive perspectives instead of negative ones as well as understanding that each of us is on our own unique timeline, we create better experiences.
When we trust and believe that we will always be supported when our hearts are grateful and kind, we open a flow of abundance that continuously provides more things for which to be grateful. This has been key in manifesting my intentions. And for that I feel grateful.
The reality is these things may never eliminate potential stressors or low-vibe experiences, but we can create our own peace and confidence that we need on our journey. And the peaceful, confident heart knows no boundaries.
I think the short story about where I was yesterday with writing this post is that a year ago, I thought I was supposed to be writing blog posts to shine my light and help others have a better day. Since last year, I flowed into posting music and humor videos, and not only did it feel more natural, but I became able to post DAILY new content and reach more people with videos than blog posts.
I didn’t choose the timing. In some ways I didn’t choose the time I put into creating content. I allowed a flow that I forgot existed.
I had been feeling down about how it’s been two years and “things” weren’t what I envisioned or expected, but timing worked out – it happens to be a new moon. I had started working on a “rebranding” a few weeks ago and had a breakthrough over the weekend. And here we are, still flowing… and becoming…
…and I already feel grateful for what is on its way to me now even if it’s not in my sights yet. It will be.
It will be.
